This position is ideal for someone with project management skills and CRM experience looking to make a meaningful backend impact on a growing nonprofit.

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support: Serve as a primary point of contact by responding to inbound phone calls, general email inquiries, and administrative requests.
    • Board Logistics: Schedule and coordinate calendar meetings for the board of directors, draft agendas, and record detailed meeting minutes.
    • Systems Administration: Support the management, setup, and day-to-day implementation of core nonprofit platforms, including Slack, Monday.com, Squarespace, Wave, Salesforce, GiveLively, and other operational tools.
    • Process Optimization: Assist in creating streamlined administrative workflows and documenting operational procedures.

    • Professional written and verbal communication skills for handling board interactions and public inquiries.
    • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage administrative deadlines effectively.
