    About the Role

    The Greater Baltimore Urban League (GBUL) is seeking experienced Business Coaches to support aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs through coaching, mentorship, and technical assistance. Coaches will work with small business owners participating in GBUL’s entrepreneurship and workforce programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide 1:1 or small-group coaching to entrepreneurs
    • Support business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and operations
    • Review capability statements, business plans, and growth strategies
    • Help participants set goals and track progress
    • Refer participants to capital, procurement, and support resources

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, or business professional
    • Knowledge of small business development, finance, or marketing
    • Strong communication and coaching skills
