About the Role
The Greater Baltimore Urban League (GBUL) is seeking experienced Business Coaches to support aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs through coaching, mentorship, and technical assistance. Coaches will work with small business owners participating in GBUL’s entrepreneurship and workforce programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 or small-group coaching to entrepreneurs
- Support business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and operations
- Review capability statements, business plans, and growth strategies
- Help participants set goals and track progress
- Refer participants to capital, procurement, and support resources
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, or business professional
- Knowledge of small business development, finance, or marketing
- Strong communication and coaching skills
