Pack Patient Care Kits For Hospitalized Kids

We create and distribute comfort kits to hospitalized children, providing them care in these rough moments. We believe each patient should be treated as human rather than as a diagnosis, and the mental health of patients even after recovery can drastically depend on their treatment during these times. Therefore, each kit is thoughtfully assembled with items that provide warmth, dignity, and encouragement. These include handmade cards, bracelets, coloring books, activity books, children books, sensory toys, etc. Our volunteers will create these handmade cards, handmade bracelets, and assist with packaging these kits to bring comfort and human connection to patients. Volunteers will recieve certificates from the library noting their contribution.
