IMMERSE 2026: Help us transform over 10 blocks of Downtown Orlando into an immersive celebration of creativity and community

IMMERSE, brought to you by Creative City Project, brings the heart of Orlando to life with over a thousand artists, performers, and interactive art installations. Over the course of three vibrant days — February 20–22, 2026 — IMMERSE will transform 10 blocks of Downtown Orlando into an immersive celebration of creativity and community.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, arts-loving individuals to join our volunteer team and help make the magic happen! Volunteers play a vital role in the success of the event — from guiding guests and answering questions to supporting artists and ensuring each area runs smoothly. Whether you're giving directions, assisting behind the scenes, or helping artists connect with the public, you'll make the weekend unforgettable.

As a volunteer, you are the face of IMMERSE. You’ll welcome thousands of guests, facilitate memorable moments, and help create a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone who attends.

Volunteers who complete their assigned shifts will receive:

— An official volunteer t-shirt

— Free access to the IMMERSE Full Access pass each day

— Behind-the-scenes access and an unforgettable experience

— A special thank you gift

Sunday, Feb 22nd

Shift: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

VOLUNTEER TEAMS

Choose your top team preferences in the application. We'll do our best to place you based on your selections.

— Information Booth — Check in guests, scan tickets, provide event information

— VIP — Greet and assist VIP guests and spaces

— Stage Runner — Support stage manager and assist artists

— Artist Assistant — Support artists and guide attendee interaction

— Stage Greeter — Check wristbands, direct flow of guests

— Welcome Party — Greet attendees and count entry numbers

— Green Room — Assist artists, maintain green room amenities

— Volunteer Check-in — Check in volunteers, distribute badges and shirts

— Event Support — Available to assist wherever needed

— Team Lead — Oversee volunteers and support team needs
