Job Summary

Are you a natural relationship-builder with a proven track record of securing funds for charitable causes? Face Friends Foundation is seeking a strategic, high-energy Fundraising & Development Coordinator to join our all-virtual leadership team.

This is a critical, high-impact volunteer leadership position designed for an professional who has direct, hands-on experience fundraising and securing funding within the nonprofit sector. In this role, you will work closely with our Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising & Development team to diversify our funding streams, manage donor relationships, and secure the financial resources necessary to scale our operations.

Position Type: Volunteer / Unpaid (High-Impact Leadership Tracking)

Location: 100% Remote / Virtual (Global)

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Execution: Implement and manage diverse fundraising campaigns, including individual giving circles, digital crowdfunding, peer-to-peer campaigns, and recurring donor programs.

Grant Sourcing & Proposal Writing: Research, identify, and apply for foundation grants, corporate giving opportunities, and community awards that align with our mission.

Donor Stewardship: Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring timely acknowledgment, updates, and impact reporting.

Corporate Partnerships: Assist the Strategic Partnerships team in identifying, pitching, and securing corporate sponsorships, matching gift programs, and in-kind donations.

Campaign Marketing: Collaborate with our digital team to craft compelling fundraising appeals, email newsletters, and social media donor campaigns.

Data & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a clean, organized donor database to track contributions, pledge fulfillments, and prospective outreach lifecycles.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Direct Fundraising Experience (Mandatory): Minimum of [1-2+] years of direct experience fundraising and successfully raising funding specifically for a nonprofit or charitable organization.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing individual donations, winning grants, or landing corporate sponsorships.

Exceptional Communication: Masterful written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell stories that move people to financial action.

Virtual Autonomy: Experience working in remote environments with high self-motivation, organization, and comfort using digital tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
