    Description

    Description

    The Chaplain will provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to individuals and families served by the Pelagie Foundation, including veterans and community members experiencing crisis. Responsibilities include one-on-one pastoral care, crisis intervention, prayer or spiritual support upon request, and support for staff during critical incidents. The Chaplain will maintain confidentiality, respect diverse faith backgrounds, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Applicants must have completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) and demonstrate strong listening skills, pastoral presence, and a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach.
