Berean Community Hand of Faith Ltd is a dedicated community initiative in Uganda focused on empowering vulnerable children, supporting children with special needs, and creating sustainable educational and health support systems.

​Role Summary

​As an Online Fundraising & Sponsorship Ambassador, you will serve as a digital voice for Berean Community Hand of Faith Ltd. You will lead online outreach efforts to secure monthly sponsorships, run targeted digital campaigns, and connect international donors with community projects supporting children with special needs and inclusive education.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Sponsor Acquisition: Connect with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and international networks to secure recurring monthly sponsorships for children's education, medical care, and adaptive learning tools.
• ​Digital Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage online fundraising initiatives using platforms such as GoFundMe, Donorbox, or peer-to-peer campaign tools.
• ​Impact Storytelling: Draft compelling post copy, campaign updates, and newsletter content using photos, videos, and project milestones while strictly adhering to child protection and privacy standards.
• ​Network & Community Engagement: Promote campaigns across personal, professional, and social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to raise international awareness for community initiatives.
• ​Donor Relations: Send personalized updates and thank-you communications to sponsors to ensure high donor retention and transparency.

​Qualifications & Experience

• ​Strong written communication, digital marketing, or copywriting skills.
• ​Experience with crowdfunding platforms, social media outreach, or non-profit fundraising.
• ​Ability to work independently and manage online campaign goals.
• ​Passion for community development, inclusive education, and child advocacy.
• ​High ethical standards regarding child safety and authentic representation in digital media.
