Support Immigrant and Refugee Professionals Find Jobs in the US

Upwardly Global helps internationally trained immigrant and refugee professionals rebuild their careers in the U.S. As a volunteer, you'll work directly with skilled job seekers — offering informational interviews, mock interviews, LinkedIn profile feedback, and mentorship to help them navigate the U.S. job market and reconnect with their professions.

We're looking for volunteers who can commit a few hours a month to supporting a job seeker one-on-one. No specific background is required beyond a willingness to share your professional experience and guide someone through their career search.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity — most communication happens by video call or email on a schedule you set with your mentee.
