    Description

    Customer Support Volunteers on the P+P volunteer team are the ultimate host and financial services guide. They welcome customers to tax clinics and keep the process running smoothly and make sure that every customer has an opportunity to talk about their financial situation and interests (if they so choose).

    How do I know I am a good fit? No previous experience needed!

    If you have a passion for connecting with people, a knack for communicating detailed information in a clear way, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, then this gig is for you! Being bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Hmong, or Oromo is helpful but not required.

    Commitment:

    • Attend an info session to learn all about P+P and the details of volunteering.
    • Complete 7-8 hours of training to prepare for volunteering.
    • Volunteer for one four-hour shift per week from June 9-August 12th (with flexibility when needed!).
