Executive Grant Writer - Grant Development POD (Pro-Bono / Volunteer)

    ORGANIZATION: Face Friends Foundation, Incorporated

POSITION: Executive Grant Writer – Grant Development Pod (Pro-Bono / Volunteer)

COMMITMENT: 2 to 3 Hours Per Week (Completely Asynchronous & Flexible)

    LOCATION: Remote / Virtual

    ABOUT US:

Face Friends Foundation, Incorporated is an asset-backed, federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity operating as a self-sustaining Workforce Development Social Enterprise Academy in Gwinnett County. Moving completely away from traditional, donation-dependent non-profit models, our upcoming physical facility hardwires a commercial Culinary Incubator Kitchen directly to an automated Tech Literacy Lab under a single roof. We fund our capital requirements by operating market-driven social enterprises and structured B2B training paths to generate internal operating capital.

    THE STRATEGIC MILESTONE:

All organizational pipelines currently focus on building our $150,000 storefront lease escrow to secure our permanent physical facility: The Sugar Hill Workforce Academy on Buford Highway. To accelerate our capital velocity, we are launching an internal Grant Development Pod inside our core staff infrastructure to secure institutional foundation blocks and regional corporate allocations.

    THE ROLE & OBJECTIVES:

We are seeking a dedicated, highly professional Executive Grant Writer to take full operational ownership of our proposal pipeline. Operating asynchronously for 2 to 3 hours per week around your primary professional calendar, you will translate our pre-mined data fields into winning public and private funding packages. You will operate under a zero-friction, task-specific framework:

    • Proposal Architecture: Drafting, refining, and polishing high-level grant proposals, letters of intent (LOIs), and corporate foundation sponsorship requests.
    • Data Synthesization: Utilizing our pre-populated Bitrix24 asset folders—which contain localized Gwinnett County census data, demographic research, and our formal 4-Page Venture Philanthropy Prospectus—to build out narrative proposals.
    • AI-Co-Pilot Integration: Collaborating with our Technical Operations team to review high-probability funder targets discovered by our Wix Symphony AI Grants Agent.
    • Mentorship Leadership: Serving as the lead technical writing voice in our pod, providing a structured workspace where our dedicated Grant Compliance Administrator can shadow your workflow and study the mechanics of the craft.

WHAT WE PROVIDE (TOTAL BACKEND AUTOMATION):

    • There is NO technical overhead, cold research, or basic data entry required. Your internal administrative support team has already pre-mined our foundational corporate assets, local demographic numbers, and IRS compliance folders inside our central console.

    THE IDEAL PROFILE:

We welcome high-caliber professionals with documented technical writing or fundraising capability:

    • Experienced grant writers, technical copywriters, business plan authors, or non-profit development veterans.
    • Professionals with elite written communication skills who understand how to structure proposals for foundations and utilities.

    ⏳ PERSONNEL GOVERNANCE & EXPECTATIONS:

    • ALL internal executive staff operate under our binding Personnel Governance Policy.
    • This virtual position requires a 14-day login mandate and a 30-day update requirement to ensure absolute pipeline momentum and eliminate administrative drift.
    • A 30-day provisional sandbox is initialized upon registration to evaluate communication reliability and execution speed.
