    Description

Are you creative, organized, and love animals? I am looking for a volunteer to help edit photos of adoptable puppies and kittens for From Foster to Forever. Your work will help these little ones shine online and reach their forever homes faster.

    About Me

I am a foster mom who primarily cares for puppies and kittens. I partner with a few local rescues and focus on giving these little ones a safe, loving space until they are adopted. Fosters usually arrive on Saturdays, and I try to have photos ready to post by Sunday so they can go live on adoption websites quickly.

I do my best to take pictures with an actual camera, but I am not a professional photographer. Typically, I would need 10–15 photos edited per foster arrival to enhance lighting, crop, and polish images for a clean, consistent look.

    About the Role

As a volunteer photo editing coordinator, your responsibilities would include:

    • Editing 10–15 photos per foster arrival
    • Enhancing lighting, color, and clarity
    • Cropping and formatting images for adoption listings
    • Maintaining a consistent, polished look across all photos

    Ideal Volunteer

    • Loves animals and believes in rescue work
    • Has experience with or interest in photo editing
    • Comfortable using Lightroom or similar editing software
    • Detail-oriented and able to turn around photos quickly (ideally within a day or two of receiving them)
    • Reliable and organized

    Time Commitment

Flexible and remote. Most weeks require a few hours, especially on weekends when new fosters arrive.

    Why This Matters

High-quality photos make a huge difference in helping puppies and kittens get adopted faster. Your work will directly impact their visibility and chances of finding a forever home.

If you are interested, please reach out and tell me a little about yourself, your photo editing experience, and why you want to help animals in need.
