    Outdoor Spring Refresh for Senior Homeowners

    Yard clean-up is one of our most popular morale boosters for seniors in our Hamline Midway neighborhood. Finding affordable, trustworthy help to weed, rake leaves or cut plants back is challenging--and expensive! Schedule your pair, group, or family at your convenience and enjoy the fresh air for 2-3 hours! Contact Monica at 651 209 6542 or monica@hmelders.org for more information.

    • Event can be held at a volunteer group location (e.g. office, park)

    • Rake/prune/bag for 2-3 hours at an older adult's home. Flexible scheduling.

    Directions

    Great for groups, families, couples, or individuals. Bring extra rakes if possible. Homeowners will provide bags. Taking leaves to the County compost is helpful, but not required. The older neighbors we serve really appreciate the help, as it's hard and expensive to find professionally!
