Description
Join the Ann Arbor Parks Volunteer Program and Forward Design Build for a canoe-based clean-up on Gallup Pond, a calm, scenic stretch of the Huron River that is ideal for first-time paddlers.
Volunteers will be paired in canoes (special requests may be accommodated) and provided with grabbers, bags, and all necessary supplies to remove litter from the water and shoreline.
Event Details:
- Time: 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Arrive early to get as much time as possible on the water!)
- Meeting Location: In front of the Gallup Canoe & Kayak Livery
