Description
Do you love meeting new people and helping others? We need a friendly face at our front desk to welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and share helpful information about our organization. You will meet wonderful people, gain office experience, and help our organization run smoothly every single day.
What You Will Do
- Greet guests as they walk through the front door with a warm smile.
- Answer simple phone calls and pass messages to the right staff members.
- Direct visitors to meetings, offices, or different building areas.
- Occasional special projects
What We Look For
- Friendly and polite communication skills.
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn.
- Reliable and on time for your scheduled shifts.
- Patient and kind attitude with all guests.
