    Check-In Team

    Greet students, check names, hand out materials

    Friendly, organized people

    Workshop Assistants

    Support facilitators, take attendance, keep time

    Detail-oriented, comfortable with groups

    Food Team

    Set up, restock, and clean up breakfast/lunch

    Energetic, hardworking team players

    Giveaway/Raffle Team

    Hand out tickets, manage prizes, announce winners

    Wayfinders/Floaters

    Direct traffic, answer questions, help where needed
