    Description

    The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit serving people in Northern St. Louis. We provide free food assistance to low-income families and empower people to get healthy through free fitness classes and nutrition education.

    We are seeking volunteer wellness instructor to lead a healthy eating demonstration at The Legacy Center's monthly Soul Fresh, Soul Clean health and wellness fair!

    Task: Prepare a healthy meal at community event and be able to talk about the health benefits of clean eating. All supplies and food will be purchased for you and a facilitaiton guide and recipe can be provided as well!

    Time: 11 am - 2 pm
