    Description

The Alleviate Foundation is a nonprofit working to close the digital infrastructure gap for nonprofits and NGOs globally.

Across the Alleviate ecosystem, we’ve engaged thousands of organizations across multiple countries, and the insight is consistent: organizations closest to the world’s hardest problems often lack access to the systems and funding needed to scale their impact.

We are building a new kind of support model — combining digital tools, capacity-building, and funding access — to help these organizations become fundable, scalable, and sustainable.

To support our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a volunteer to help identify aligned funders who support nonprofit capacity-building, digital inclusion, climate resilience, and community development.

    Project Scope (What You’ll Do)

In this short sprint (2–3 hours total), you will:

    • Identify 20–25 potential funders, including:
      • Foundations
      • Corporate CSR programs
      • Philanthropic organizations
    • Focus on funders aligned with:
      • Nonprofit capacity-building
      • Digital inclusion
      • Climate / energy access
      • Global development
    • Capture the following in a simple spreadsheet:
      • Organization name
      • Website
      • Funding focus
      • Geographic focus
      • Link to grant page (if available)
      • Optional: Key contact (if easily available)

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong internet research skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to synthesize information quickly
    • Interest in global development, nonprofits, or philanthropy

    Time Commitment

    • One-time project
    • Estimated: 2–3 hours total
    • Fully remote, flexible timing

    Why This Matters

Your work will directly support our fundraising efforts and help unlock resources for nonprofits doing critical work across underserved communities globally.

This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity to contribute to building infrastructure that supports organizations tackling some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

    What You’ll Gain

    • Exposure to global philanthropy and funding ecosystems
    • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven initiative
    • A clearly defined, impactful project you can complete quickly
