Onboarding Specialist

Position Type: Volunteer

Location: Remote

The DMV Music Alliance needs a team to work with our IT team to develop internal systems and get each volunteer set up.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with our IT team to develop internal systems that are connected, streamlined, and simplified
• Develop orientation materials based on the systems
• Get each person set up with all the systems and tools they need
• Get each person trained on our tech
• Ensure security

What You Bring:

• Must be extremely organized and very comfortable with technology
• Very detail orientated so that no one and no tool for each person falls through the cracks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with various work styles and levels of comfort with technology.
• Patience to instruct people on how to use the tools.

What You Won't Need:

• A degree in music theory (phew!).
• Prior experience in the music industry.
