Sponsors: Oct. 22, 2026-Oct. 30, 2026, 2 needed contacting potential sponsors and securing sponsorships from local businesses and organizations.

Marketing: Oct. 22,2026 - Oct. 29, 2026 - 2 needed posting flyers around town, share on social media, etc.

Making/Painting Props: Oct. 27, 2026 - 4pm-8pm - Star Thrower Group - 5 needed to design/build/paint spooky attractions and different scenes, putting up and walking through to make sure all scares work the way they should.

Costumes/Makeup/Character Prep: Oct. 27, 2026 - 3 needed to help actors design costumes, character work, etc.

Load Cars: Oct. 29, 2026, 3:30-6pm, Star Thrower Group - 30 needed to load the cars so everything can get to Stangl Road on Oct 30. Come anytime after 3:30 pm to help load cars. Let us know if we can load items into your car and you can bring them over to DIY on Stagle Rd. on Friday morning at 10am.

Makeup: Oct. 30, 2026, 10am-3pm, Star Thrower Group 3 needed to apply monster makeup to actors at STG.

Haunted Tour Guide: Oct. 30, 2026 - 4:30pm-8:30pm, Stangl Rd. - 6 needed - Walk groups through the Haunted House, making sure a safe amount of people go through at a time and people made it out safely to the other end and are directed to the graveyard.

Ticket Table: Oct. 30, 2026 - 4:30pm-8:30pm, DIY lot, Stangl Rd. - 2 needed to handle the ticket sales during the event including bracelets and single tickets.

Games Ticket Sales: Oct. 30, 2016, 4:30pm-8:30pm, DIY Lot, Stangle Rd. - 2 needed to cover the table, set up, manage & sell Games tickets, one at table, one walking around throughout the event.
