Omenala Service Learning Collaborative (OSLC) is a community service group and giving circle dedicated to encouraging everyday acts of service and collaborative giving. We believe that when families serve together, they grow stronger and create lasting change in their communities.

Introducing Our Virtual Year-Round Family Service Learning Initiative

We’re excited to launch a new initiative inviting families to participate in community service activities, no matter where you are!

This flexible, virtual program allows families to serve their communities on their own schedule, from their own neighborhood.

How It Works

• Choose a Service Activity anytime during Fall, Winter, Spring and/or Summer terms.
• Examples include:
• Organizing a neighborhood clean-up
• Assembling care packages for shelters
• Writing letters to seniors or frontline workers
• Donating gently used clothes, books, or food
• Volunteering virtually with local nonprofits

In your email, please include:

• A brief description of your service activity (you can also include the total number of service hours completed by your family.).
