    Any relevant experience and local and/or regional connections are very helpful. Must be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese for most locations.

    Description

    We are seeking volunteers to:

    1) Identify Locally-Led and Last-Mile ONGs, based in South and Central America responding to local/national disasters

    2) Assist these local ONGs with registration on SmartResponse and already registered ONGs with completing their surveys/profiles.

    3) Engage the diaspora community and others interested in supporting relief/recovery efforts to utilize this information to directly support local ONGs.

    Deep knowledge and/or connection to any of the following countries is very helpful: Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Guyana, Belize, Dominican Republic.
