Volunteer Data Entry Support - AgeWell at the JCC

The AgeWell Department at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Squirrel Hill is looking for a volunteer to help enter data into the county database to track our programming for older adults - preferably starting no later than Oct. 4th.

Time Commitment

• Approximately 6–8 weeks, with the possibility of extending longer if the volunteer is interested
• 6–10 hours per week, M-F; this commitment can potentially be split between two volunteers
• Hours can be completed over multiple sessions or potentially as one 8-hour shift, offering flexibility with scheduling
• This is an on-site position at the JCC, with hours taking place between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Training & Requirements

Training will be provided, so no prior experience with the county database (Copilot) is necessary.

The JCC requires all volunteers to complete the following clearances and training:

• Act 33 clearance
• Act 34 clearance
• Mandated Reporter training
• FBI fingerprinting, if you have not resided in Pennsylvania for at least 10 years. Fingerprinting can be completed at the JCC.
