    Learn How To Be There for Others: An Online Course

    The Be There Certificate is a free, online course that teaches you how recognize signs of mental health struggle in the people you care about, and gives you the tools to support them. You'll learn about our 5 Golden Rules framework through interactive and engaging activities, and videos featuring real-life stories.

    Most high-schools recognize the completion of the Be There Certificate as 2 volunteer hours.
