4ever450 is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering performing and fine artists by providing platforms to create, connect, collaborate, and showcase their talents. Our events, workshops, open mics, multimedia services, and community programs support artists of all levels — while building unity across the creative scene in Arizona and beyond.

We’re expanding, and we’re looking for passionate volunteers who believe in art, community, and culture.

We offer flexible volunteer opportunities across several categories so you can choose what aligns with your skills and passion.

Help us run live shows, community events, open mics, workshops, and artist experiences.

Roles include:

• Event setup & breakdown
• Check-in / greeting guests
• Open mic sign-ups
• Supporting artists + vendors
• Customer service & hospitality
• Stage assistance and timekeeping
• Managing merch tables or donation stations

Perfect for: people who love events, music, community gatherings, coordination, or hands-on teamwork.

Content Creation (In-Person or Virtual)

Support our media team with capturing the creative scene.

Roles include:

• Photography
• Videography
• Behind-the-scenes capturing
• Artist interviews
• Short-form content creators (TikTok/IG Reels)
• Editors (video/photo)
• Graphic designers (Canva OK!)
• Social media management & scheduling

Perfect for: creatives wanting experience, a portfolio, or professional credit.

Creative & Administrative Support (Hybrid + Virtual)

Support the ongoing needs of our nonprofit operations.

Roles include:

• Email management & communication
• Newsletter content support
• Community outreach
• Data entry & organization
• Research & resource-building
• Grant research assistance
• Volunteer coordination
• Graphic design for flyers
• Website content updates

Perfect for: organized individuals, creatives, students, and anyone wanting behind-the-scenes nonprofit experience.

Artist Services & Studio Support (In-Person)

Assist with programs that support artists in career growth.

Roles include:

• Helping manage recording sessions
• Supporting Scenic Sessions / Scenic Cyphers
• Assisting with press kit creation
• Helping artists check in for multimedia services
• Assisting with sound & lighting setup (training provided)

Perfect for: aspiring engineers, producers, photographers, videographers, music lovers, and creatives wanting hands-on studio experience.

We are in need of volunteers/teachers to tun our newest program within the local community centers providing art education and exploration to children 8-17 years of age. Certified and non certified professionals are welcome. With ongoing paid opportunities available.

Commitment

We welcome volunteers who can commit to:

• Events: 1–4 events per month (flexible)
• Media/Content: Ongoing or project-based
• Admin/Virtual work: Weekly or by assignment

All roles can be adjusted to fit your schedule.
