    Environmental Exhibit | Student Union | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Music Performance | Mitchell Auditorium | 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM

    Multiple shifts available (morning, afternoon, and evening)

    🌎 About This Opportunity

    Join us for Mass for the Endangered, a unique and immersive concert experience that blends live music, environmental advocacy, art, and education.

    At the heart of the event is a moving choral performance exploring biodiversity loss and climate change. Before and after the concert, audiences engage with interactive exhibits hosted by environmental organizations, artists, and educators.

    Volunteers are essential in creating a welcoming, meaningful experience that inspires reflection—and action.

    🙌 Volunteer Roles

    🎭 Event Setup & Production

    Help prepare the venue and bring the event to life.

    • Set up chairs, risers, signage, and exhibit tables
    • Assist with exhibitor load-in
    • Support post-event teardown and reset

    👋 Guest Experience (Front of House)

    Provide a warm, organized, and welcoming environment.

    • Greet guests and provide directions
    • Assist with ticket scanning and seating
    • Help guide attendees between exhibit spaces and performance

    🌱 Exhibit & Engagement Support

    Support the interactive environmental exhibit space.

    • Assist exhibitors and answer general questions
    • Encourage guest engagement with displays
    • Monitor exhibit areas during the concert
    • Support post-concert reception flow

    🎒 Student Experience Support (Morning Shift)

    Help guide student groups attending the daytime concert.

    • Direct buses and greet school groups
    • Guide students through exhibits and performance transitions
    • Support safe and smooth group movement

    👀 Performance Support

    Help maintain a respectful concert environment.

    • Monitor doors and assist late arrivals
    • Provide quiet oversight during the performance

    ⏰ Flexible Shifts Available

    Morning (Student Concert):

    • 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

    Afternoon/Evening (Public Concert):

    • 4:45 PM – 10:00 PM
