    Description

    We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Outreach Officer to support our teen mental health initiatives. This role focuses on raising awareness, engaging young people in meaningful conversations about mental well-being, and connecting them to appropriate support resources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement outreach activities focused on teen mental health awareness
    • Engage with teenagers in community spaces, and online platforms
    • Facilitate discussions and awareness sessions on mental well-being
    • Build relationships with youth groups, and community partners
    • Support the development of youth-friendly content (social media, campaigns, etc.)
    • Identify at-risk individuals and refer them to appropriate professional services (following set protocols)
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and engagement
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies
