Description
Develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate awareness of domestic violence issues and promote organizational programs and services.
Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, and X), with a strong focus on increasing followers, engagement, and reach.
Create thoughtful, trauma informed content that educates, inspires, and mobilizes the community while maintaining survivor dignity and confidentiality.
Plan and implement social media campaigns tied to awareness months, fundraising efforts, and advocacy initiatives.
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
Collaborate with program staff to highlight services, survivor stories (when appropriate and consented), and community impact.
Ensure all messaging aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and ethical guidelines
Stay current on trends in nonprofit marketing, social media growth strategies, and domestic violence awareness
