Seeking a Volunteer Host for A Live Conversation On "Reclaiming Joy” | May 28th | NYC

Help us create a night where people feel seen, inspired, and connected.

At Culture Lime, we believe joy healing, resistance and community. The Lime was created to bring people together through music, conversation, art, and shared human experience and we are looking for a Volunteer Host who can help guide one of the most important conversations of the night.

We are seeking someone to host our live panel discussion, Reclaiming Joy, during The Lime on Thursday, May 28th at 6 PM in Manhattan, New York.

This is about holding space with warmth and curiosity. Helping people feel comfortable enough to reflect, laugh, connect, and be present with one another.

Your night out helps someone find their way back to connection.

The Lime is a live event experience and creative collective featuring live music, DJ sets, a panel conversation, and an after-hours gathering exploring joy together in real life.

What you will do

You will help shape the emotional heartbeat of the evening. This includes facilitating a thoughtful and engaging panel conversation on joy, culture, creativity, and connection, guiding dialogue in a way that feels natural, dynamic, and human, helping panelists and guests feel comfortable and energized, reading the room and creating moments that feel alive rather than scripted, and helping set the tone for an experience rooted in community, curiosity, and belonging.

You might be a great fit if

You are naturally warm, engaging, and emotionally intelligent. You know how to make people feel comfortable while keeping conversations meaningful and alive. You love culture, music, creativity, and community. You can balance thoughtful reflection with lightness and humor. You understand that great hosting is about creating space for others.

Experience hosting conversations, podcasts, live events, panels, or community gatherings is a plus, but heart, presence, and energy matter most.
