We're Looking for Volunteer Financial Empowerment Coaches!

Do you have a passion for helping others build financial confidence and achieve their goals? Join our FinCap (Financial Capability) Program and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community.

As a FinCap Volunteer, you'll support participants by:

• Providing encouragement and accountability as they work toward their financial goals.
• Assisting with budgeting, saving, credit building, and financial education.
• Helping connect participants with valuable community resources.
• Empowering people to build long-term financial stability and independence.

We're looking for volunteers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and great listeners.
• Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Interested in financial education or community empowerment (financial expertise is a plus, but training will be provided).
• Able to commit to consistent volunteer hours.
• Must be able to speak Spanish
