    Description

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fundraising Coordinator Intern to support donor engagement and fundraising initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit development, communications, and revenue generation strategies. The intern will assist in planning campaigns, maintaining donor relationships, and tracking fundraising performance to support the organization’s mission and growth.

    (CPT/OPT Students are also Eligible)

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and support fundraising campaigns and initiatives from planning to execution.
    • Assist with donor outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
    • Track donations, donor engagement, and campaign performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the communications team to align messaging and promotional strategies.
    • Help create fundraising materials, email campaigns, and outreach content.
    • Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
    • Research potential donors, grants, and partnership opportunities.
    • Support fundraising events, both virtual and in-person as applicable.

    Qualifications

    • Must align with the mission and vision of WoMen of Connections Ministry.
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field.
    • Interest in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development.

    Required Skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of fundraising strategies and donor engagement.
    • Proficiency in data tracking and recordkeeping (Excel or similar tools).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    Reporting Line

    Executive Director

    Duration & Commitment

    Minimum of 20+ hours per week with flexible scheduling. Duration based on academic term or organizational needs.
