We have the mission, exciting patent pending learning tech, planned live events as pregame rallies at major league sports venues, ground-level initiatives, and the operational vision.

What we need now is an Architect of Growth.

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Director of Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships who knows that real scale doesn't come from begging for small checks—it comes from engineering win-win corporate alliances, asset-backed foundation ties, and community sponsor packages where partners want to be seen in the arena with us - > as we revolutionize youth education.

The Opportunity: Maximum Leverage, Measurable Impact

You don’t need to donate 40 hour weeks to change youth lives.

Using our high-leverage strategic AI powered systems, a few focused hours of your senior-level expertise will do more to fuel our programs than hundreds of hours of entry-level effort.

In this role, you won't be sending emails or making cold call lists. You will serve as the strategic driver shaping our sponsorship methodology, value propositions, packaging our community initiatives into tier-one corporate opportunities, and building relationships that directly fund programs for youth who need them most. *Everything we deliver is measurable and tracked in a CRM.

What You Will Build & Own

• • Package the Value Proposition: Transform the foundation’s initiatives, community events, and youth educational programs into compelling, ROI-driven corporate sponsorship decks and partner packages.
  • Identify High-Leverage Partners: Map out aligned national corporate sponsors, telecom companies, national, - regional business leaders, and mission-aligned brands that have a vested interest in screen free youth education and community development.
  • Architect the Sponsorship Engine: Establish a wish list for AI automation of a repeatable outreach system, pipeline management, and partner stewardship process so our donor relationships are systemized, operate 24/7 year round and compound year-over-year.
  • Direct High-Level Outreach: Lead prequalified conversations with executive decision-makers, presenting clear opportunities for community impact and brand visibility.
  • Board & Executive Collaboration: Work directly alongside foundation leadership to align sponsorship funding with on-the-ground operational priorities.

Who You Are

You are an experienced business development executive, corporate partnership director, or veteran marketing strategist looking for a high-integrity vehicle for your talent.
