The Younger Legacy Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building education, family stability, and community wealth from Garfield Heights, Ohio, with partners and volunteers serving across the United States and worldwide online.
Work is dignity with a schedule. Our employment coach prepares participants for the room: resumes that read strong, interview practice with honest feedback, workplace expectations taught plainly, and follow up after placement. The job developer half of the seat builds employer relationships across the county so our participants interview where doors actually open.
Requirements: hiring, management, or workforce experience; direct and encouraging communication; a background check for participant facing work.
