    Interest in supporting our mission: We publish books that advance interfaith and interreligious dialogue. We’re expanding our digital storytelling—author video bios, “why I wrote this book,” topic explainers, tangential idea shorts, and podcasts.

    Description

    Volunteer Team Lead (remote) to supervise and manage a small remote team of audio/video editors and help ship a consistent cadence of short- and long-form content. Approximately 4 - 6 hours weekly, 3 months duration, unless you decide to request an extension.

    Build and maintain a simple production pipeline (intake ? edit ? QC ? publish ? archive).Assign, brief, and support 2–5 volunteer editors; run a short weekly stand-up.

    QA review cuts for story clarity, audio levels, captions, lower thirds, brand cues.

    Publish to YouTube/Spotify, and coordinate thumbnails, titles, and basic SEO.

    Keep a light content calendar (2–6 pieces/month) and track progress in Asana

    Ensure accessibility (captions, transcripts) and basic rights/consent checks.

    You Are

    Experienced with post-production workflows (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Audition/Logic, or equivalents).

    Comfortable managing volunteers or junior creatives; clear communicator.

    Organized (you love checklists and version control) and deadline-reliable.

    Bonus: YouTube/channel ops, podcast distribution, audio clean-up (RX), motion graphics (AE/Canva), or nonprofit experience.
