Job Description

Summary: This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the implementation of Philly Peace in Progress (PPIP) food distribution programs and initiatives related to fresh food and community engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Positively contribute to an organizational culture of safe and secure product handling, warehousing and distribution.
• Ensure proper storage of food products.
• Receive and process customer orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels. Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully you are required to have or do the following;

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1. To perform this job successfully, a candidate must have attained a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to set up tables and chairs.
3. Ability to organize items
4. Abolity to package items
5. Ability to cleanu up area after project is over
6. good customer service support
7. take inventory
8. record keeping
