Compassus is a nationwide network of community-based post-acute care services primarily focused on hospice, palliative and home healthcare. Founded in 2006, the Nashville, Tennessee-based company; however, its roots in hospice go back to 1979. Today, the company operates more than 300 home health, infusion therapy, palliative, and hospice programs across the U.S. Compassus’ continuum of integrated home-based care services ensures patients and their families have the support they need to address current and future health needs.
