Family caregivers managing complex medical and behavioral needs—whether for a child with disabilities, an aging parent, or anyone requiring ongoing support—often carry an invisible, exhausting workload of medications, appointments, seizures or behaviors, patterns, school advocacy, and handoffs between sitters, therapists, and clinicians. Most of it lives in their heads or scattered notes.

CareHaven creates a family of calm, private apps designed by a caregiver for real caregiving life. Our core app, CareHaven (currently in beta), serves as a secure daily care record: logging doses, events, wins, and notes in one quiet place so the caregiver’s brain doesn’t have to hold everything. It surfaces patterns from the data you enter, generates one-tap handoff summaries for other caregivers, prepares clinician-ready visit summaries, and supports shared Care Circles with granular access controls—all with end-to-end encryption, no ads, no trackers, and no selling of care data.

We are also developing companion tools for IEP/504 advocacy and age-appropriate chore systems that build independence. Everything is built to reduce double work, protect privacy, and treat the caregiver as a person who also needs support—not just a data-entry layer.
