Position Overview:
The Laurie M. Tisch Illumination Fund (Illumination Fund) works to increase access and opportunity for all New Yorkers and to foster healthy, vibrant communities. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Grants and Office Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the organization, leading the full lifecycle of grants administration while supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.
This role combines grants management, systems improvement, reporting and analysis, office operations, and event coordination. It is well suited to a highly organized, analytical professional who thrives in a small, mission-driven team and enjoys balancing strategic systems work with hands-on operational support.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a foundation or grantmaking institution
