    The purpose of the FCRB is to oversee the progress of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect.

    FCRB members review case documents, medical statements, court recommendations, and other key pieces of information so they can prepare a report that will advise the juvenile court on the status of each child while in foster care.
