    The mission of the Medical Reserve Corps of Scott County (MRC-SC) is to engage local volunteers to contribute their skills and expertise throughout the year as well as during times of community need. Volunteers’ professional knowledge and skills are vital to the communities, families, friends and neighborhoods of Scott County. In times of need, volunteers can help Scott County achieve its goal of having Safe, Healthy, and Livable Communities.

    About Us

    The Medical Reserve Corps of Scott County (MRC-SC) works to strengthen public health, emergency response, and community resiliency. MRC-SC is a countywide, community-based resource of health professionals and non-medical volunteers who strengthen the community by preparing for and responding to local public health emergencies and natural disasters and assisting in ongoing public health initiatives.
