    Description

    The Choice is employing an immediate contract role with our client- a top public health, charitable nonprofit. This organization provides financial assistance programming to assist people in receiving and affording medical treatment.

    This position is a termed role to support them during a high volume period of processing financial assistance applications. It will require a high attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to interpret documentation. The individual will regularly handle confidential information and must maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality.
    • Send clear and professional communications through GMS (Grants Management System) messaging and email.
    • Review and interpret financial documents with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information in a secure and responsible manner.
    • Collaborate with team members while also working independently for sustained periods.
    • Manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of administrative support and customer service experience; experience in a health-related industry is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Solid customer service skills and professional communication style.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Proven integrity and discretion when managing confidential information.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Teams.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and messaging etiquette.
