    Description

    We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our International Mobility team as an intern in Agrigento, Sicily.

    This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment, where interns will support HR processes, project coordination, and the overall experience of international participants.

    Main Activities

    1. HR Recruitment team
    • Recruitment & Selection Support
      • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
      • Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection
      • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
      • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
    • Employer Branding & HR Collaboration
      • Maintain job listings and recruitment platforms
      • Support employer branding initiatives to attract international candidates
      • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes
    1. HR Administration team

    HR Administration & Program Support

    • Assist in processing and organizing HR documentation related to internship programs.
    • Maintain and update intern records within HR databases and tracking systems.
    • Support administrative tasks related to attendance monitoring, agreements, and internal documentation.
    • Organize HR files, digital archives, and internal documentation systems.
    • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and internship guidelines.
    • Support communication and coordination between HR and departments hosting interns.

    Recruitment & Internship Monitoring

    • Track internship applications across recruitment platforms (Erasmus portals, universities, social media).
    • Maintain datasets related to applications, placements, and intern distribution.
    • Monitor recruitment trends such as applications per platform, university, or country.
    • Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activity and internship program participation.

    HR Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Consolidate HR and recruitment data from different sources.
    • Analyze HR operational data to support internal reporting and decision-making.
    • Prepare summaries and reports on internship program activity and performance.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within HR datasets.

    Dashboards & Data Visualization

    • Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for HR reporting.
    • Support the visualization of recruitment and internship program metrics.
    • Contribute to improving HR data monitoring and reporting tools.

    Intern Experience & Quality Monitoring

    • Support the design and distribution of intern satisfaction surveys.
    • Assist in analyzing feedback and identifying areas for program improvement.
    • Contribute to reports summarizing intern experience and program outcomes.

    Ideal Profile

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR administration, data analysis, and internship program management. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with both administrative tasks and data.

    Ideal background:

    • Ongoing studies or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
    • Students with an interest in both HR operations and data-driven decision-making are encouraged to apply

    Technical skills:

    • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
    • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
    • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus
    • Ability to manage and organize structured data
    • Comfortable working with digital tools and databases
    1. Trainee Experience & Community Resources Coordinator
    • Accommodation Coordination
      • Support the allocation of interns to accommodation prior to arrival
      • Welcome interns and provide guidance on their living environment
      • Organize check-ins and check-outs
      • Monitor cleanliness and basic conditions of shared spaces
    • Intern Support & Community Management
      • Act as a point of contact for interns regarding accommodation and daily life
      • Support conflict resolution and promote respectful co-living
      • Assist interns with practical matters and communication with service providers
    • Communication & Monitoring
      • Respond to intern inquiries via communication channels
      • Maintain clear and professional communication
      • Report recurring issues to the HR team
    1. Project Management Intern
    • Coordination & Organization
      • Support interdepartmental communication and project coordination
      • Assist in organizing cultural, social, and educational activities
    • Intern Experience & Engagement
      • Support onboarding and orientation processes
      • Monitor intern progress and collect feedback
    • Communication & Outreach
      • Assist in promoting internship opportunities
      • Collaborate with communication and marketing activities
    • Foster Team Culture

    Ideal Profile

    • Students or recent graduates interested in international mobility, HR, or project management
    • Strong interest in working in multicultural and international environments
    • Motivation to learn through practical experience
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team
