Data Analysis & Business Operations Internship

We are looking for students and recent graduates interested in an internship with our partner, an insurance agency located in Agrigento, Sicily. The internship involves business optimization via the development of structured data management systems, performance monitoring tools, and operational workflows.

Your role

• Contribute to the development of structured data management systems and sustainable organizational workflows
• Create reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI monitoring systems to support performance tracking and decision-making
• Organize, consolidate, and structure data from multiple insurance providers into unified management systems
• Analyze and segment client portfolios based on profiles, industries, and insurance product categories
• Identify portfolio development opportunities and generate data-driven insights to support business growth strategies
• Optimize communication and workflow processes across teams, clients, and insurance providers
• Maintain and update client, policy, and operational data within internal systems and digital tools
• Monitor renewals, deadlines, reporting activities, and administrative documentation
• Contribute to improving internal organization, workflow traceability, and operational efficiency

Apply if this is you

• You are currently studying or have a background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, Management, or related fields
• You are interested in data-driven processes, business operations, workflow optimization, and organizational development
• You enjoy working with structured information, solving problems, and improving systems and processes
• You are motivated to improve organizational systems and contribute to more efficient workflows
• You are proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in professional environments
• You have a good command of English or Italian (minimum B1 level)

Our Requirements:

• You are eligible for the Erasmus+ program or a similar international mobility program, which typically provide you with financial support
• You are available to spend at least 4 months in Agrigento
