Bookkeeper

Friends of Lake Warner is transitioning from informal spreadsheet-based bookkeeping to a professional QuickBooks Online environment. The Part-Time Bookkeeper will maintain the organization's day-to-day financial records, ensure grant funds and restricted donations are tracked separately and accurately, and produce reliable financial data for the Treasurer, Board, auditors, and Form 990 preparation. This role requires strong nonprofit fund accounting fundamentals and comfort working with a small organization that manages multiple grants, a related-party vendor relationship, and capital equipment.
