Description
Position Purpose
The Church of the Larger Fellowship is a 3500-member Unitarian Universalist congregation that does not have a building. Our ministry, geared toward folks who cannot attend a brick and mortar for whatever reason, is provided either on line or by mail. About half of our members are incarcerated. And the other half are what we call “free world” members. This position is focused on supporting the free world ministry, which is not done when folks come to a building, but rather via all the ways we can connect online.
We are seeking a staff member who wants to help our small staff better connect with our free world members and friends. Someone who wants to answer member email to help each individual member, and at the same time, since we cannot know 1500 members individually, help us imagine and implement systems using the data we have available to notice our members actions, and reach out to them. This staff member would also help us administer the systems that support our work.
Position Start Date January 18, 2027
Location Remote position. Locations open in the United States

There are some monthly or bi-weekly team meetings during our prime collaborative hours. Worship on Sunday is 7:45-9pm ET and on Monday 12:45-2pm ET, though attendance every week is not required. Expectation is availability for occasional events on evenings (ET) and weekends.
