    DDPI Worldwide is a not-for-profit organisation based in the US, that educates, facilitates, promotes and advances Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) globally. For over 15 years DDPI Worldwide (formally DDPI) has provided training and robust certification in DDP, a life-changing therapeutic treatment model for children with significant developmental trauma, their families and caregivers.

    Overview

    We are looking for a Training Administration Assistant to join our team part time to support our growing organisation and the future Foundation. You will be working with our Operations Team to ensure the good day-to-day running of the organization. This is a fully remote, part-time role working within a globally distributed team.

    We are especially interested in candidates who understand the unique demands of working in a values-driven, trauma-informed, and relational organisation, and who can bring both rigour and relational care to operational systems.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, excellent communicator with strong IT skills, be committed to racial equity and social justice and approach the role in line with our core Values.

    Reporting & Accountability

    • The Training Administration Assistant will report to our Operations Manager and Executive Director and will work under the direction of the Operations Manager.
    • Escalate issues, delays, or capacity constraints to the Operations Manager.
    • Complete tasks within agreed hours and scope.

    Core responsibilities (including, not limited to)

    To provide administrative support for DDPI Worldwide’s training programs by accurately managing training data, coordinating training logistics, and supporting trainers and participants.

    • Training administration and coordination
    • Support and administration of online events
    • Support the setup and administration of online training events and meetings (e.g. Zoom).
    • Provide administrative support during live online trainings and events where required.
    • Administer training bookings and registrations.
    • Upload or input training dates and information to the website as directed and approved.
    • Flag errors, inconsistencies, or outdated training information to the Operations Manager or Web Administrator.

    Experience & Capability

    • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience in working with online or face to face training and events
    • Ability to manage routine tasks reliably within limited hours.
    • Confidence with remote working environments and digital collaboration platforms.
    • Alignment with DDPI Worldwide’s values, RESJ principles, and the DDPIW Code of Conduct.

    Software experience and knowledge (good to have)

    • Quickbooks, (or similar) Stripe
    • Zoho Creator and Workplace, Zoom, Dropbox (or similar), Google Apps, Slack
    • Wordpress

    Pay, time and commitment

    This is a part-time, self-employed remote role of 4 hours per week paid at $22 per hour (USD).

    • Hours: 4 hours/week with the possibility of additional hours; initially a part-time position.
    • Benefits: No benefits offered as it is a part-time, self employed position. Health insurance (for US-based applicants) not offered.
    • Flexible weekly hours dependent upon scheduled meetings/obligations.
    • Work from home/remote position.
    • 1 year contract with follow on
