The Donor Relations Coordinator supports the organization’s fundraising and membership goals by providing an engaging, comprehensive and exemplary donor experience through addressing inquiries, managing membership accounts, providing information on programs and events, and facilitating smooth communications between members, donors, and internal teams. They build relationships with WBUR donors and members by serving as a primary point of contact and responding with promptness, courtesy & knowledge, encouraging sustained and increased giving. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as a collaborative member of the Membership team. They will be highly organized, a flexible and creative thinker, and attentive to detail. This role reports to the Donor Relations Manager.

Qualifications:
(1 – 3 years experience)
This position will require 3-5 days onsite in our Boston office and occasional evening and weekend hours. Required to work during the on-air fundraising campaign periods each year, sometimes outside of traditional hours, as well as at least two days during the December holiday period (from December 26th through December 31st.)
