    Core Purpose of the Role

    To support the operational backbone of common cathedral—ensuring that our gatherings and communications run smoothly while building simple, sustainable systems to support our growing work.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support Weekly & Ongoing Rhythms

    • Help coordinate logistics for weekly programs and services
    • Manage communication to volunteers and partner churches

    Systems That Support Relationship-Based Work

    • Organize contacts, volunteers, and community data
    • Build simple tracking for grants
    • Document processes so programs are consistent but still human

    Administrative & Operational Support

    • Basic financial/admin tracking
    • Organize files, forms, and internal documents

    Ongoing Improvement

    • Notice friction points in how things currently work
    • Suggest and implement simple improvements
    • Help translate “how we do things” into clear, repeatable systems
