Location: In-person, Downtown CLE and/or Ohio City
Typical Schedule: 8:00a-1:30P on scheduled Saturdays; up to 2 additional hours virtually or in-office as needed, likely on Thursday or Friday
Salary: $20/hour
Mission

Saturday Session Management Responsibilities
- Session Logistics
- Morning set up, including but not limited to sign-in for students and volunteers, collection of forms, and clean up
- Receiving catering deliveries
- Session closing (clean-up, storing supplies)
- Assesses supply needs
- Attendance
- Maintains student and volunteer attendance records
- Addresses and reports attendance related issues to Programming leaders team
- Helps to address student and volunteer in-session needs
- Notifies relevant team leads of any concerns regarding students
- Prepares and sends out a session update to Program Director, other relevant team members
- Other tasks as assigned
Weekly Responsibilities
- Sends student and volunteer emails as needed
- Records attendance-related updates
- Prints and collates session handouts
- Other tasks as assigned
Essential Skills/Abilities:
- Able to move throughout the building to set-up spaces and interact with participants
- Able to move equipment and materials up to 40 pounds
- Able to communicate effectively with students and volunteers
