Job Summary
Excellent command over English Language, basic knowledge of Computer application, Love for children, passion for teaching. Creativity in teaching and high energy levels to deal with children, active interest in co-scholastic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to curriculum
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations
- Maintain records of attendance and academic progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
- Encourage student participation, creativity, and critical thinking
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management
- Participate in school meetings, events, and extracurricular activities
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications as per the position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children
- Prior experience is an advantage
