Description
FOCSʼs Executive Director holds overall strategic and operational responsibility for our staff, programs, strategic plan, and delivery of our mission, in alignment with our values. Other central duties include fundraising, financial management, staff leadership, program and operations oversight, board management, and community relations.

Level of Language Proficiency
Able to communicate in English at a proficiency level that fosters strong relationships with families, staff, board, donors, and community partners.
Capacity to communicate in multiple languages warmly welcomed, but not required.
